Job Description

We need you to help us manage our diverse and ever-changing corporate technologies to allow our dedicated employees to excel. The best person for this position would demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, maintain strong customer focus, and continually learn new technologies. As a member of the IT team, you have a great responsibility to support all of our employees and you take pride in a job well done.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide Help Desk support using the internal case management system
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and participate in incident management
  • Provide detailed technical support both on-site and remotely for various applications, personal computers (MacOS and Windows), printers, faxes, audio-video equipment, video conference technology, telephony (VoIP) and Apple/Android mobile devices
  • Ensure office room equipment is checked daily for consistency and functionality
  • Ensure patch, capacity, and performance management is performed on end-user devices
  • Administer access as per security requirements for Windows, Mac, and cloud systems
  • Demonstrate core values: teamwork, caring, and continuous improvement

Education

  • Diploma or certification in Information Technology (A+, Network+, Microsoft Certification)
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience in an IT help desk environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows (7/8/10), Mac OS, and iOS administration and management
  • Great troubleshooting skills for end-user devices and applications
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills
